If it looses 2 minutes every 2 weeks then there may be a program to help, if it varies then you need to call your vendor, because the BIOS on the voicemail has a problem. Do you have Cosessions to work on your voicemail?

Yes I have CoSession. I am as well Nec certified in Elite Mail. Just never ran into this one yet in the dos version.

If you exit out to DOS change to the vmail directory, make a copy of the CPS.ini file, name it something like CPS.bak, the type TED CPS.INI if memory serves me right on the first few lines is how you make adjustments to the clock. It has been a while since I worked on one of the DOS VMP's so if you don't figure it out post back and I will boot one up and try it here.

there is a page in the easy made apps screen that will let you change the time. there is also an option in the phone admin (under schedule) that will let you change it there as well.
