I've got an NEC Electra Elite IPK system (SP1011 R1.70, if that helps) with about 18 active VM ports.
Having recent trouble with just one extension, tho. Incoming calls routed to the ext through the AA are put on hold indefinetely because the VM is not picking up. The extension rings until the caller gives up. Edit: Calls transferred directly from reception into that ext's vm are good to go. I've checked to be sure the VM box is still active, also verified call transfer to the ext, turned directory listing on and cancelled any possible DND's or BNA's.
I'm a complete novice and don't have access to the comp systems, so keypad ideas would be most helpful!
Thanks, Alanna
