I moved this thing several weeks ago. I was working fine prior to the move. Customer is now complaining that they are dropping calls. Inbound only. Sounds like a telco issue, but Telco claims lines are clean to Dmarc. No problem with outbound calls. Possibly voltage or ring trip issue where system does not detect dial tone for extended period of time. Any suggestions???

What type of lines? POTS, channel banked from a DSU/CSU? Are calls dropped as soon as they are answered or are they dropping during conversation?
