Someone on this board helped me a while back to setup auto attendant to answer when I get a call in from any of my 4 lines. Now, I want to pull one of the four lines away from that. I want to allow it to ring all phones...and if no one answers...for it to go to a voicemail box. I dont' remember how to do this? I am using the PC software to program. Can anyone help me with this? After setting the trunk in 1003 to key ring, the next option when you press the [^] button is "overflow"... set to 'yes', then the next option setting will be '700' to overflow to voice mail.
