We have installed a PGD adpater for multiple music on hold sources on a IPKII. The goal is to play MOH source 1 for queue 1 while the inbound caller is waiting in ACD queue 1. MOH source 2 should be played for queue 2 while callers wait. We have designated MOH sources for the DID's associated with the queues and if you answer a caller from the queue and place the caller on hold you will receive the correct music source, however we cannot get callers to hear the correct MOH during the interim before being answered. Possible? smile Also I'm a little late but my best wishes go out to Mr.Stuff who's helped me out of enigmas like this more than once!

The caller hears MOH from the MOH/BGM input on the KSU.

Not sure how your system is setup re: trunks and inbound numbers.

If you have different inbound numbers to reach different queues, you can use 22-11-09 to assign different MOH source depending on the DID the user dialed.

There is a single PRI with DID's directed to the queues. I have actually set 22-11-09 to use an ACI port but when in queue you still hear the MOH source form the MOH/BGM source. So, if you answer a caller on the DID associated with queue 1 and place them on hold you will get the MOH from the ACI port programmed in 22-11-09. I'm trying to get the correct ACI source to play while the caller is in queue, before being answered.
