I got a new 2 ports starmail for prostar 816 plus recently.

I want to configure starmail to pick up call after 5 or 6 rings instead of 1 ring (default). But the book came with starmail doesn't have coverage for this.

I'm currently using prostar key phone for configuration. Do I have to use computer connect to starmail via RS232 port for setting this up? Do I need special software? I prefer to setup using my key phone (easier).

Is there anyone could share technician manual with me?

Thanks in advance for any advise.

David

You can look in the manual section at Please use the manuals link at the top of the page or PM manual information to your fellow installer.
