Sorry about not catching it earlier but a DB32 is an Executech console and is not digital. You would need an analog card if your switch could even support it. It would be better to get an IB24x, 48 or 64 to match your phones.

Yea its ok, I kind of figured the same thing when I was looking over all this, thats why I tried to give as much info as possible and the model, I hate when people says "Yea I have a phone" thanks! =) We'll Ill return this one today and order one of those digital ones!
