We have a Comdial GO408 Impact system with 8012S phone sets. We want to restrict dialing the 1 & 0 on a couple of the phone sets in public areas to prevent long distant calling. How can we do this on these phones? We lost the manual.

388 is correct. That is an installer level programming action. What you are asking for is fairly simple compared to some restriction requirements, but still a bit confusing to an inexperienced person. If you have some experience programing your system I might be able to provide telephone support to walk you through it. It would be best if you used a local tech as the previous responder indicated.
