Anybody ever use one of these things? Do they work? I have a possible application for one. What it needs to do is play a greeting then auto transfer to a UCD group. Looking at the programming it appears it will do this.

If anybody has an extra one they wish to dump, please let me know.

I have one I'll send you to test with. It will work but it's limited to 30 sec of announcement.
I was not impressed with it. I don't think they sold many as the one I bought in 05 was dated 2001. Send me an address I'll send it to you, if you can use it we'll work out a deal. Half price or a trade for something. Do it in your office first, that's the best bet.

I'll PM you. I'm going to try it since I actually have a 200+ location bid riding on it to do this simple function.

Would you happen to have the power cable for a 7271 voice mail?

I have a DX120 with a hardrive voice mail and have the same problem. You will just hear a little blip of another greeting or message before UCD group 433 answers.

I have not found any answers through Vertical/ Comdial support.
