Hello All,
My office uses a Comdial Impact phone system, and following a power outage last night the voicemail is now unavailable. How can I fix this problem. The user manual does not cover voicemail troubleshooting. I would like to know if anyone here has thoughts on how to reset the voicemail. Any help would be great! Thanks!

I doubt a reset will help, but to do so just power it down wait a minute and poewer it back up.
You don't say what voicemail system it is, but I would guess it's a debut or similar brick type with a (now damaged) flash drive. You will need someone who knows the product to repair it, a dealer would be your best and fastest solution.

thank you Mark for the reply...the vm system is called Key Voice Voice Processing. I don't if that makes any difference?

Key Voice made several voicemail systems and you'll need to provide a little more info like a physical description of the unit (PC based, Small plastic wedge shape wall unit. etc) in order to get th help you are requesting.
