Problem: Incomming call rings in, LED does not flash on line key, but when key is selected youre connected to incomming call.
Found: If line/lines with problem are removed from ports and a cold start is implemented, LEDs begin operating again for a period of time.
ANY input would be greatly appreciated. patrick

Just had this today...measure your ring voltage. My location had 70-74V ringing and would not ring the KSU/Buttset. If you picked up the line the caller was there.

Was told today by CO vender that voltage was 52v ringing and that is sufficent. Its not, correct?

Absolutely not. 90-105V is appropriate. Hook a plain old 2500 telephone set to the line and it won't ring.
