I have a comdial impact business phone at work and the intercom light is flashing and the other phones in the office are ringing every time the main phone rings which is not what supposed to happen. How do I fix this problem? Please Help!

Night service has been activated at the receptionist's phone (typically ext 10).

If it's not that then you have more than one problem. The intercom light can flash for a few reasons, one is background music might be turned on. But I have to agree with Ed about the night button changing the ringing.
The "Impact" name was used on many phones and KSU's by Comdial. It would help if you could get the model number of the system cabinet or a description and color.
