I've never worked with a Samsung switch, just Nortel and Avaya. My church has just moved into a new location with an existing Samsung DCS with a Verbatim vmail. Would prefer to use this system rather than replace it at extra cost, but no documentation for anything. Please help if you can. Switch is rather old I think. Cabinet has 2 analog line cards, 2 single line (?) cards, 3 digital line cards and 14 phones. Thanks.

What specific DCS product is it? What would you like to acomplish with the switch? Is it still operational?

The switch is operational. All we want is 3 line capability, vmail, set feature and restriction programming. Set names would be nice too. I'm not sure what model other than DCS. We have a seven slot cabinet and several multi-button phones to use. We moved the switch to a more suitable environment and the power was off for several days. I assume it has lost its original programming.
