I am a Prostar user whose vendor has gone out of business (Richmond, VA area). Tonight an electrical storm knocked my key system off (programming lost?) I have ten 824 keysets and programming in all has been lost. Battery backup did not work?

I can receive incoming calls only on one station, ext. 201, the first ext. All stations dial out on my fifth line which is my fax line.

Any vendor to support Prostar in this area?

1st priority - how can I ck the system to determine status?

2nd priority - can I reset the system so that all stations are in one group so that on Monday when we open back up, we can receive calls on all stations, using all five telephone lines?--some type of work a round to avoid being unable to answer customer calls next week?

Will get downloaded programming manuals if no local vendor available and I can determine system can be restored.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

THERE IS A SMALL NICAD BATTEREY IN YOUR MEMORY CARD AND THE 56/120 IS GETTING OLD SO YOU ARE PROBABLY LOOKING AT ATOTAL REPROGRAM IF NO ONE ON THIS SITE CAN HELP YOU ON SITE THERE IS A MANUAL REFERENCE ON THE TOP OF THIS PAGE AND JOHN AT MANUALS PLUS I AM SURE CAN GET YOU A MANUAL QUICKLY
