Looking for help on a Samsung Prostar 816 Plus sytem. I cannot get the message light to light when new massage are in the box. Have used function 540 to set the message light for mail box 21 to light station 21 and so on. but still not light. when I press the message button it displays MSG NONE but when I login to starmail there are new messages in the box. I can light the MSG light by calling the station from another station and pressing MSG. This problem started after an extended power outage due to hurricane. Has anyone seen this problem. Thanks Bob Burcham Carolina PC's

I have just run into this problem after I re-initialized the system. I'm sure there is a parameter that tells Prostar what to accept as the switch for the light but I can't find it. <font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">Originally posted by cpc2: Looking for help on a Samsung Prostar 816 Plus sytem. Found my problem. Maybe it's yours also. When I initialized my system and reprogrammed, I didn't set my VM stations to Group 73. Once I did that, my MSG light worked again.
#69-3-(VM stations).
Hope it helps.
