I have an iDCS system with a 4E. Over the weekend, it quit answering calls. I looked at the mailboxes and the extension and MCLASS entries were blank. I added the extensions and set the MCLASS to 01:Standard. Internal calls now work, but external call get a good-by message and hang up. The error log shows the "No ECL Specified error". I copied the block.old file to block.tbl, but no change.
Is the only fix a default and re-build ?
Thanks

Found the problem. The mailbox number and the EClass entries in the subscriber list were blank. I added the data and all is well.
