Hi All, I have a customer w/ 2 networked 100's with svmi4e's on each end. works fine for the most part. This is a medical practice and trying to mirror main menu on both ends. On node "a" caller presses 4 and goto mbox 240 to leave message, works fine. On node "b" we want caller to press 4 and leave msg in mbox 240 and send msg over network to mbox 240 in node "a". I have set up a network mbox 240 on node "b" but msg never gets to other side. I spent some time setting up w/ tech support and I am going back to try again. In port activity everything looks ok until we get delivery failure. Anyone have any ideas on what I may be missing????? Thanks.

Just curious... but why not get rid of one of the SVMi's and just do centralized voicemail?

Customer is thinking of doing this. Price is an issue.

Why is price a problem? If the system is already networked... there are only a few changes that need to be made. You should be able to make the changes and do a complete test in two-three hours... depending on the number of users.
