Trying to recover tech level password on Starmail VM, it appears someone changed default password and now unable to re-record greetings.

Might have to default the system. Can you get into change greetings thru Admin?

It lets me in to the admin functions but not to tech level. Main greeting is a tech level only and it will not take the default pword.
