Hi all expertise..

I just a beginner in phone programming. I am now working with Samsung iDCS and Compact II. Currently I just based on manual for minor task like station grouping.
My company has change operation hour and I changed the ring plan time in MMC507. The only thing left is to change the greeting message. How do I locate the recording? Any user manual explain how to play, edit or rerecorded new message?

It really depends on the system type and the voice mail type. Can you give that information?

No the SVMI4E is not networkable. The system is however so you could use the OSM if needed.

You can access the greetings in "system admin" by calling the voicemail. When it answers dail the # key then dial the admin mail box number and password. Press 1 and listen to the prompts. usually starting at 1001.

cheers richey..I access SVMi4 by calling 519. But can't get into system admin. In the manual said #000 but not in directory. Any proper way to get into VM admin and change the greeting?

if you press 519, it should say "enter your pswd" you then press *,#,000. it will say enter your pswd. (after pressin *, dont wait for a prompt, just continue with #,000) pswd. by default is XXXXX, then press 1 to edit sys. prompts. then dial 1001,(usually day greeting), and follow prompts.
