Hi, we upgraded a working 7100 to a 7200s/MCP20s/OAS/ & Uni card, now we either get voice 500>7200good & no noice 7200>500. Randomly getting the OPP MGI not avail 7200>500 calls. We are using a SPNET lickey & not using the embedded MGI's on the MCP. So RTP is set to 300013 & 8301-8306 has been BSY-out.
Has anyone tried this config & had the same issues?

Added info: 500 R2 is running V2.76a & MGI upgraded to V1.26.
We are routing all DID's from the 500 to the 7200s via TEPRI card, routing is good, rings phones, lights NS keys, but still that darn 1-way audio. We put the 7100 back on and now get an error message that we never had before. This was a plug & play switchover. We had the customer double his ISP to 16down 2up. Same issues. Samsung TS says that it see the packets leaving, but not arriving, I have only seen spaordic info from system IP's via wireshark.

Have you added the OAS ports to the MGI groups.

Yes, the MGI ports 3807-3822 have been added, 8301-8307 bsy-out.
The router, calle ComCast TS & had the ports verified open & the IP's we are assigned, bridged thru.
Thanks for all the suggestions, I did not think this would ever get a reply.

Based on the fact that you are talking open ports, im assuming you have everything set correctly for private and public ips for mcp2 and mgi card on the OS500, and the MP20s and OAS in the OS7200s
Also check you system link id table and make sure you have everything set for public, and even though you have mps disabled, make sure that the link to your OS500 (on the OS7200s) has no mgi set to no (good ol' samsung double negative).

Failing that you will need to do a wireshark trace and see if the rtp packets are going though and what ip's they are being sent to.

You may also need to forward the MPS ports to the OAS card even though your not using it.
