Should I be afraid of upgrading an older MP10 OS7100 V4.04a all the way to V4.46d in order to support the new SMT IP Phones all in one step?
Any tips? This system is installed at an IT company and I do not want to screw up all of their after hours emergency notifications that we have set up.

I did a OS7100 MP10 from 4.09 to 4.30k the other day with no issue.
Samsung here recommend going to 4.21c first then to 4.46d
just make sure you write down all the vm settings, as the system programming will convert, but ive had issues with the vm, loosing greetings on mailboxes mainly

Our system is currently running 4.14
Whats the current version now?
I have version 4.41a downloaded, how do i update the system, is it simply a case of copying the new files over?

Must copy them over via latest IT tool utility in order to install the files correctly. Don't just copy them via an SD card reader.
IT tool will also update the database.
Do backups first.
