I've integrated Amanda voicemails on DCS units before and now I can't make either a work.place or a SoHo work.
Can someone look at this MMC 726 integration and see where I have gone wrong? The voice mail will dial a station but it will not ring.
Here is what I think the MMC 726 integration is supposed to be:
AUTOMATED ATTENDANT
Ext for DN1 Yes
Trk for DN1 Yes
Ext for DN2 Yes on Compact 2.2 and DCS 3.3 and above

Bunnie are there still those v/mails out there not touched one in 15 years or more use to have setting once but like a lot of things been binned sorry i cant help you

Whilst I have never used amanda, i have used other 3rd party vm's.
Do you have your SLT ports set as VMAA ports?
Do those settings match what you have configured in the amanda vm?

The ports are set as VMAA ports and I can see 201 being dialed on the Amanda screen, but no ring comes. The phone will ring if set to ring on an incoming call so the phone is good.
I do have a digit grabber, just moved it from storage so have to find the box and see what is happening. Samsung would like all DCS system to be somewhere in a trash pile but.......

I'm sure Samsung and every other manufacturer would "like" the old systems in the trash pile to sell new ones but it has nothing to do with Samsung.
You are dealing with an integration problem making a 3rd party product work with your Samsung end of story.

Have you tried to get on the analog port and dial 201 w a butt set or just clip on it to see if you are getting dtmf from the Amanda.

Emmet kindly sent a .pdf which almost had the right integration, but I looked on the Amanda website for a fax number as they had not responded to an email and saw the manual for the newer Soho.
I tried that integration for the older SoHo and it worked PERFECTLY.
Here it is for future reference in case anything happens to that website.
