Howdy,

I just got our 7030 back from Samsung RMA repair and I can't connect to it. We sold all our house digital phones with an emergency sale and I do not have a digital phone, only a SMT-5243 and a 5120.

I've tried all the default IP addresses in the book:

168.219.149.237
168.219.179.10
10.0.2.10
165.213.176.100
192.168.9.205

So if repair, defaulted it and reloaded it (ver 4.60) then what address, subnet and gateway is there that I could use to connect to it with DM?

Also, is there a procedure for flipping a switch on the backplane and defaulting the IP address I thought I saw some one mention?

Thanks!

Try setting DIP switch 6 to ON. Then try connecting to factory IP.

UK systems factory IP are set to 10.0.2.10

Thanks,

Where is the dip switch located? I only see one group of (8) and they seem to be expoxied or glued with some kind of clear goop.
