I came across a IDS that has INS feature-shown on display phone....what is it?...how to set it up? ...couldn't find anything in the manual about it. Also....where can I get a user guide for the 82600's - 29K/D for using the soft keys?

INS is insert digits. It is usually used when you have a T1/PRI and no LCR software. It lets you dial the number, and then the system holds number and redials after all digits are inputed.
As far as the soft keys. the 29K and M64 phones the oft keys work the same.
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.
