1. Customer has 2 ESI small 4 button cordless phones and 6 lines. He wants to be able to answer all six lines on the cordless handsets. Any ideas? I have been searching ESI's documentation for a some sort of Trunk Group Access Key, but can't seem to find anything.
2. Same customer won't us VM. Has AA answer and distribute calls, and if calls go unanswered then they forward off site to an answering service. His issue is that his sales guy, will get multiple calls presented to his phone via AA, and the calls will just continue to ring his phone. What is the best solution to handle these calls (customer will not use VM and cannot miss sales calls)?
I was thinking CFWD Busy to a dummy extension, and then call forward that off premise to the answering service.

1. Just program the extension(s) to ring on incoming calls..you'll be all set.
2. ACD Group with just him in it?

I forgot to mention it is s 50L, so ACD option is out.
He uses Virtual answer, so I am going to suggest setting up dial options out of the Virtual Answer message to reach other extensions.
Please send all ideas, I want to give him as many options as I can.

can't do ACD on a 50L....
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..
