I am a new employee of a company that hasnt had a new employee in a pretty long time. The problem is that no one knows any administrator information on the phone system. The guy that used my phone before me did not leave his passcode to access the voicemail. And no one else knows it either.
So, my question is, how do i get around this? Is there a way that I can get in and delete the old info and set up my new password, without the original admin passcode?
It is an Omega Phone - ADIX. I think the voicemail is held on the phone.

It's going to depend on how the installer set things up for you.
Admin rights are assigned to mail boxes at install. Ask other users to try option 4 in their mail boxes. This sends a mail box to the Admin menu. If the option works, that mail box has been assigned Admin rights, and it's just a question of listening to the prompts to reset a mail box pass code.
If nobody's mail box allows Admin rights, you'll need a visit from your vendor to assign rights and reset your pass code.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
