I posted this in the wrong place, maybe I'll get a response here. I have a customer with an Emerald Ice w/ voice mail. They recently bought the busines and want to change the greeting. Problem is know one knows the password, the manuals were taken by the installer and the installing company is long out of business. Where can I find the default password?
