I have a customer that has a Siemens Model 30. The displays on all phones show dark boxes, like the contrast is turned up all the way. I did notice that the time was off. When going into direct mode, the time showed 35 ??????????? setting the time fixed this problem.
I also did a soft restart.
Any Ideas

Setting the time should fix that condition. It was fixed?

Any one know about the Optiset e systems?? Optisets work on many Siemens switches. Which one are you referring to?
