You have to have Option 21 in System Options and trunk to trunk connections allowed in COS as well as Call Forward External in COS to make it work. Form 30 Device Interconnection too.
Then dial *03(1-4)*241. 1 is condition of forwarding like Always, Busy, No Answer or both.

Im pretty sure Option 21 is Enabled. How would I go about allowing trunk to trunk and call forward in COS?

I'm a complete newbie at this, any and all help is appreciated!
