Time and Date Settings for Inter-Tel

*Program changes are required to be performed from any designated system administrator's telephone.
Non Networked System
While on-hook, dial 9800.
Display shows [DATE (current date).]
If you do not need to change the date, press # to skip to the TIME.
Use the keypad to enter the month, day, and year.
Example: dial 010196 for January 1, 1996.
Display shows TIME (current time).
If you do not need to change the time, press # twice to exit.
Use the keypad to enter the time in hours and minutes.

Example: dial 0900 for 9:00.

Select AM or PM. Press 1 for AM or press 2 for PM.
Display shows [SYSTEM DATE AND TIME UPDATED].

Note: You may backspace to correct information by pressing MUTE or you may press * to cancel and leave it unchanged and start over.

In a Networked System
While on hook, enter the Set Network Date and Time feature code (9810). Your display will show the current date.
If you do not need to change the date, press "#" or ACCEPT to skip to the time prompt.
Use the dialpad to enter month, day and year mm-dd-yy format.
If you make a mistake, press "MUTE" to backspace or "*" to start over.
Use the dialpad buttons to enter the time in hours and minutes "0800" for 8:00 AM.
If 12-hour display is used, the display shows AM or PM. Press "1" for AM and "2" for PM.

Note: If you make a mistake while performing the following procedure, lift and replace the handset to start over, or press MUTE to backspace.

While on-hook, press SPCL and dial 021.
Display shows [SET TIME OF DAY}.
Using the keypad, enter the time in hours and minutes. Then press * for AM or # for PM.
Example: 900* = 9:00 AM and 230# = 2:30 PM.
Display shows [SET DATE MM-DD-YYYY].
Use the keypad to enter the month, day, and year.
Example: 01011996 = January 1, 1996.
Display shows [SET DAY OF WEEK SUN].
Scroll through the day-of-week by pressing # to go forward or * to go backward. When the desired day is displayed, press SPKR to terminate programming. You hear a progress tone.

* You must set the time on each display set.

While on hook press SPCL and enter the feature code 4 - 1 then enter hour then min in 24 hour format, pick up and hang up the handset.
