I am just curious if anyone is selling the SV1100 as opposed to the DSX and why they even came out with the SV1100 .They seemed to very similar .Was it just because of the floods in Thialand
Thanks

The SL1100 addresses some issues that were not available on the DSX - there is the Call Center application as well as some expanded VoIP capabilities. The SL1100 also allows more individualized programming instead of the global parameters of the DSX. The SL1100 had already been designed and was in production prior to the floods, NEC had to move the release date up in order to have an offering since the DSX supply was running short.
