We use Electra Elite IPK II WebPro to change settings on our NEC Dterm80 phones. I am trying to figure out how to keep incoming calls from ringing to a specific extension. So far after going through all of the settings I still haven't been able to find what I'm looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's going to depend on how the calls come in.

PRI or standard POTS lines.

If standard POTS lines, check 22-04.

If PRI with DID numbers it could be setup several different ways, you may need to contact your vendor/installer.

If you're in the Denver metro area, let me know if you want remote or on-site assistance.

Thanks for the help. I looked in 22-04 and there is nothing in there for any incoming ring group extension. We do have some DID settings. I've pretty much looked everywhere for specific extension settings, but no luck so far.

Thanks for your help. It was 15-09. I guess when I looked through that before I was threw a little because it referenced night mode at the top. Thanks again.
