Looking for help with setting up a remote IP phone.
Phone works fine when connected locally on LAN. After changing IP phones system IP address to our public IP address phone keeps displaying "no answer from server- (no regi)".
System is Officeserve 7100 ver 4.63.
I have forwarded public IP address in router ports 6000 TCP,
30000-30011 UDP to the internal IP address of 7100 system and
set IP type to private with public in LAN parameters.
Anything I'm missing ?
Thanks

Do you have MPS enabled in system options? It may be that it is trying to use ports 40,000 - 40,047 rather than 30,000 - 30,011
