Hey, Noobie here. Using NEC: SV8100 Trying to change (System Data: 15-20)Line key name assignments and every time I attempt to apply changes I get an error message "enter any characters" I'm not sure what it means. Also, none of the new information is being saved. After I refresh the page, all of the new information is lost and replaced by what was there previously. My profile has installer level access and no restrictions are in place that I know of. How do I remedy this? Thanks in advance!

to me it sounds like you are using google chrome to program the system in web pro programming
try internet explorer. this will stop the window pop ups and will allow you to program it
