I have a CTX100 with 2 PhDNs created. One rings to the AA, the other appears on 2 stations. The one ringing to the AA works normally. The second one, if no one answers on either station I would like voice mail to pick up, but I don't seem to be able to get it to work. I have tried several times, without success. Maybe I'm missing a step? Could someone please tell me how I should set it up? Thanks.

You need to do the call forwarding using the PhDN button on one phone.

Thanks for the reply. Do I have to do it at the set using the #6041 code on the button? I have been trying to do this thru WinAdmin.

You can go to the Phantom setting in WinCTX and set the SCF (System Call Forward) template so it will forward to voice mail.
The owner of the Phantom can manually set the call forwarding using the #6041 in the button.

I must be doing something wrong. I can call one of the 2 lines in the ILG in PhDN 51, hit the AA, and dial 52 (the second PhDN), and after 3-4 rings, I get to voicemail. If I dial one of the 2 lines I have asssigned to the ILG for PhDN 52, it rings on the 2 phones that I have PhDn 52 assigned to, but never goes to voicemail. I have Sys call fwd set up in the PhDN screen for "Busy No Answer" to point to my first voicemail port.
Any ideas??? Thanks.
