We have IPK II with EliteMail LX installed, no operator console, just Dterm Series E (DTP-16D) phones.

I need to change recorded voice scripts of the auto attendant messages, how to change it?

ICM Extension 101 VE sales, 102 VE Account payable ....

I can't find a way to listen individual voicemail box of 101 VE sales, how to access these auto attendance voice mailboxes?

Joni,

Please write out in full what the auto attendant greeting says, you can leave out the company name if you need to. This will help us guide you to make needed changes.

To access other mailboxes beside your own, log into your mailbox, when prompt to enter security code press the #, dial 9 and mailbox you want to log into, you will need that mailboxes security code.

Our auto attendant says

"Thank you for calling xxxx" if you know the extension you want to reach, you may enter it at any time.
For sales, press 1 >> transaction Box profile 101
For account payable, press 2 >> transaction box profile 102
For other enquiries please press zero > My have reached the general mailbox for xxxx.

My question is how to listen or change greetings of profile 101, 102 ...

Any way to change security code for those transaction boxes?

Those transaction boxes are not treated as mailboxes, therefore, I can't access it thru # 9 and mailbox number, it is invalid mailbox number,

When a transaction box is setup it is assign to a subscriber mailbox as the owner, normally the operators mailbox.

The owner of the transaction box logs into their mailbox and presses the leave message option, if the system ask to enter letters for the name of the box press the # twice, the system will now ask to enter the box number.
