Hi All,
Hi company has 20 nodes (Intertel Axxess) networked to one main site that hosts the Call Processing Server, Gateyway Server, Voice Processing Server and Contact Center Server.
All sites except for one go back to the main site to access voicemail. The one site that does not has its own voice processing server.
What I want to do is to consolidate voicemail servers. I need to do this because in the 1 node that has its own VM server, we are upgrading to Mitel 5000 and was told it would not be compatible with the Intertel VM server. So I need to create mailboxes on our main server for the one site thats on it own. When I go into database programming and click on Voice Processor I can see all the nodes but when I click on the one I need and try to create an associated mailbox, it would show nothing. Am I missing something? I just want to be able to migrate users to the new voicemail without having to first delete their existing mailbox.

Check to see if they already have Extension IDs. If they do, they must be deleted before you can create mailboxes.
