Samsung Ext. 201( 1st Ext.) has lost its transfer function key
The button above the hold on the 18 button phone no longer functions as a function key.
How can I program that button back to Transfer function??

Are you saying go to another phone, \dial into programming for Ext. 201
thenr program the transfer key?

Yes you need to get into installers mode and do what nameless says not knowing prostar I cant help you
