How can I figure out which LEC owns an active circuit? The circuit ID is 301.T1VZF.SALEMORAEWD1.

I can't tell for sure. Does some company send a monthly bill? Who is the dominant LEC in the area?

Your CLLI code has too many letters. Should be SALMORAEWD1 I looked up SALMORAE and was returned.

I was thinking the SALMORAEWD1 indicated a termination point and the VZF iidentifies the owner. Looking for my notes, let you know what I find out.
Termination point could be in a CO and may or may not belong to that company.
