Anybody have any experience with this? Especially setting up the dial plans that are built into the app.

I have it installed on my Samsung Galaxy S4 Android phone.
Using a Sonicwall free app to VPN back to my office to use it in the field.
I haven't made any adjustments in the app itself for dialing. I just make sure I dial a 9 first if using the app to dial external numbers.
What exactly is the issue you're having?

Well I'm trying to get the app to dial numbers stored in the phone. I don't want the customer to have to change their stored numbers, and according to what I've been told they shouldn't have to if the dial plans are set up correctly.

So...no matter how the numbers are stored in the cell, the app should dial them correctly. With or without area codes and that sort of thing whether they are dialing local or long distance.

You need a advanced IP license for each user (about $ each).
The customer will need to have a firewall capable of a VPN connection for each user (at least 8 in your case).
Then you'll have quite a bit of setup time involved, that will depend on the technician that's doing the install.

I set it up in my office on 2 Android devices and on 2 Apple devices in about 2 hours. We already had the firewall and licenses.
