Hello,

I am using an NEC SV8100 PBX and UM8000 voicemail system. We have a general mailbox with extension 250 (9250). I would like multiple users to be able to monitor the general mailbox. How can I program the DT300 programmable soft key to add that mailbox to the LCD screen so a user can press that button and be brought to that mailbox?

usually I would create a VM key (77) plus the mailbox number (250).

to program ithe button press speaker 751, press the funtion key and enter the above code.

Thank you! That worked exactly as you have said. One more question - do you know how to assign a "name" or "label" to a programmable soft-key on the DT300. For example in my case using the steps above I have assigned function key 6 of 8 as a VM key but I would like it to display something on screen next to function key 6 like "GMB" for General Mail Box.

If you have the desi-less phones with the LCD display for each button you can rename them in program 15-20.

You'll need access to Webpro to do this.
