On our NEC 2000 IPS we have 3 SN716 console but only one the night button will work. I cannot find any in the manuals that turns it on and off. Any help would be greatfull.

I think I found it under command 6001 Note:Master ATT must be assigned to a single Attendant Console within the ATT Group. Only one console is programmed to Master.

Have you checked Cmd 9000 to see if the keys are actually programmed on the other consoles?

Ok so the four soft keys across the top number 01,02,03 & 04

Then next row down number 13,14,15,16,17,18,92,19,20 & 21

Next row down is 22,23,24 and the rest don't have numbers (in the manual)

The rest are fairly necessary so we won't bother with those. but by putting F6110 as a value under any of the above keys (or adding it to the soft key options) you can create a night key on the these (if that doesn't work try F13xx as below).

Alternatively you can put a night key on dterms using F13xx (where xx = the tenant number) as a key value.
