I have a digital phone that has the voice mail light that comes on when there is no voice mail on the phone. I have tried 837 and *0 and the light goes away then comes back in 10 mins each time. I have changed phones out and restarted phone system with nothing working. Help please

Press check on the phone then follow the display for killing all the camp ons and mw.

I press check and have a screen that just says check on it. What appears on screen when light is, it says 1 new message then press vmsg button and have no messages.

Could be the mailbox is mapped wrong or MWI set for wrong ext. This is if it's not the inmail of course.

Check all the mailboxes to make sure the mwi is correct on all of them.

Hmm. 873 should cancel any msg wtging. I usually disable msg wtg during installs. You can either do it in COS Pgm 20-13-07 or just delete the setting for 0 in 11-16-07
