my customer has recently upgraded their server and PCs. They now can't access the VME voice mail system for admin through the network port. the ip range of the network is unchanged, but when they try to access the system through VUP and hit [communication],[communication selection], [network],[Select Device], as they have done in the past the system responds "Unable to initialize DAO/Jet engine"

Has anyone seen this error b4?
Is there a known fix?
