How do I get into port and trunk settings from the phone,
thru 999?
I have an td816 with a tvs 50 vm
There is a company greeting before the custom service menu and im trying to delete it
I believe in the TVA 50 its in 999 Port n trunk settings, is it the same in the tvs or similar ??

You need a terminal program to get to the System Admin features.
However, since your only tool seems to be a hammer, here's a suggestion: Find the company greeting (1-32 but probably in the first 5) by using the message manager's mailbox, then NOTE THE LOCATION and record one second of silence in place of the greeting. That way, when another Sandy or snow day comes about from the Global Warming, you can re-record the weather advisory or closing information without having to recreate the greeting you nuked.
