Hi guys and gals, customer has Partner Mail VS 5.0 and when Auto Attendant times out due to no selection call goes to Ext 14. I need the call to go to Ext. 12 and not Ext. 14
Any help here to walk me through it would be nice. Thanks in advance.

The same way you change any other selector code.
Log into the System Administrator's mailbox, 9 for programming, 3 for auto attendants, 1-4 for the specific AA, 1 for Day, 6 to modify, 0 for Selector Code 0, 9 to modify, finally the extension number and #, then *## to approve your change and keep the recording intact.
