I have a site with 3 SMT-R2000 APs and 13 wifi handsets. They also have wireless LAN and radio commnication and a WIMAX base station in the vicinity. Samsung wifi handsets have got moments when they sound hollow and become generally impossible to use. Signal strength would drop and calls become crackly. Has anyone ever encountered such a problem and how they overcame it?
heads up

Have you made sure that all your AP's are on different channels where the base station signal overlaps?
It sounds like you are getting interferance.
Also are the AP's on the latest version and the handsets as well?
