hello i have a customer with an sts and they want the garage to be restricted from outgoing but allowed with a code. i can give them cos 6 to restrict it but when i use code 627 to make a call it asks for the auth. code. i cant find anything in the manual to enter a auth code. is there a default code. how can i prog a code to call out. thanks dave

You enable verified account codes and then create a traveling cos code. Both are admin functions not user functions.

found em and done it. i must have something wrong. i hit the 627 button and dial my code and i do get the icm tone but if i dial nine or a line key i get a busy signal. what could i have missed.

You have to attach the traveling cos code to a non restricted toll table entry.
