I have installed a summit system base cabinet plus + 4 X 8 card. I have connected all the phones. they all work. But the extension number goes 100 thru 109 then I have several extension with no extension number. just ???? in there display. I cannot figure out PGM105 I think this is where my issue is. I have 9008 phones Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Billy b [email protected]be Nice!

I don't know why you have extensions with unassigned numbers. I assume you cannot call them but they can make calls.
pgm 105 has a quirk, it says range 1-140 but you cannot load the range for any more than 100 indexes, 1-100 or 30-129. Indexes are not the station numbers, they are more like an address number. If you need to look at what's going on with your stations load indexes 1-25. Some of those indexes may have empty fields under the Station Number column. You would need to assign the number in the new station number field. Don't forget to click save.
