I have a client with 2 sites, site A os7400 ver 4.43 with OAS card and site 2 OS7200 ver 4.42b with MGI16 card. The client changed from copper to fiber and thats when SPnet link lost audio. Te distant end rings and displays name but when they answer there is no audio. What could be the problem?

Did they change firewalls, routers? I would suspect UDP ports. Ask them to review settings in the old data hardware and duplicate as necessary.

I took a OS7030 and connected it on the same LAN with OS7400. There was no audio, the SPNet would ring either side but the OS7030 side would get audio from the OS7400 and the reverse is failing. What could be the fault, the MGI or MP40 on the 7400. The 7030 is working OK as i had tested it with the Office OS7400.

Mp40 is only responsible for signalling. The mgi/oas card does the audio.
Ip conflict with the mgi card?
